Wie immer bei hier gezeigten Rezepten: leicht nachzumachen und super lecker. Also gerne zum Nachbacken empfohlen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bananenbrot mit Kakao &#8211; Zutaten f\u00fcr eine Kastenform (22 x 10 cm): <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>200 g Mehl, 60 g Kakaopulver (unges\u00fc\u00dft und schwach ent\u00f6lt), 100 g Rosinen, 1 TL Backpulver, 1 TL Salz, 100 g weiche Butter, 70 g wei\u00dfer Zucker, 50 g brauner Zucker, Mark aus \u00bd Vanilleschote, 1 Ei, 5 sehr reife Bananen (davon 4 mit der Gabel zerdr\u00fcckt), 100 g Joghurt, 60 g Demerara-Zucker (gew\u00f6hnlicher Zucker tut\u2018s auch).<\/p>\n<p>Den Backofen auf 170 Grad vorheizen. Mehl, Kakaopulver, Backpulver und Salz in einer Sch\u00fcssel vermischen. Ei hinzuf\u00fcgen und ungef\u00e4hr 2 Minuten lang weiterr\u00fchren. Bei langsam laufendem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t die trockenen Zutaten beif\u00fcgen. Dann die vier zerdr\u00fcckten Bananen dazugeben, schlie\u00dflich den Joghurt (ich hab Sahnejogurt genommen, gab dem Brot &#8217;ne sch\u00f6ne Konsistenz). Zuletzt die Rosinen zugeben. Eine Banane l\u00e4ngs halbieren und beide H\u00e4lften auf den Teig legen, Schnittseite<br \/>\nnach oben. Das Bananenbrot mit dem restlichen Zucker bestreuen und ungef\u00e4hr 90 bis 100 Minuten lang backen.
