Auch die mexikanische Variante, ihn zu fritieren und als Blumenkohlkroketten (\u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/textundblog.de\/?p=7803\">Croquetas de coliflor<\/a>\u00bb) zu genie\u00dfen, ist spannend. Es muss ja nicht immer der langweilig weich gekochte Blumenkohl sein, der oft als Bratenbegleitung auf traditionellen Tellern landet. <\/p>\n<p>Und heute bin ich dank eines Tweets von Sebastian Wilke auf dieses tolle Video aufmerksam geworden, in dem es unter dem Motto \u00ab<em>Healthier Versions of Unhealthy Foods<\/em>\u00bb darum geht, ges\u00fcndere Varianten von ungesundem Essen zu kreieren. Gezeigt werden Pizza (ohne Pizzateig) und gebratener Reis (ohne Reis), jeweils mit Blumuenkohl als Grund- und Ersatzsubstanz.
