Eines vorneweg: dass ich so lange damit gewartet habe, bereue ich schon nach dem ersten Versuch, denn die als &#8222;Kraftkorn der Inka&#8220; bezeichnete Pflanze ist wirklich eine hervorragende Alternative zum klassischen Hackfleisch, mit dem man ja Paprikas sonst gerne mal f\u00fcllt. In einem weiteren Topf die zuvor gut mit hei\u00dfem Wasser abgesp\u00fclte Quinoa ca. 15 Minuten in 600 ml Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche kochen.<\/p>\n<p>Die gew\u00fcrfelten Zwiebeln in Butter goldbraun anbraten. Den gepressten Knoblauch, den klein geschnittenen Ingwer und die o.a. Gew\u00fcrze mit anbraten. Drei Viertel des gehackten Korianders und die Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche zu den Zwiebeln geben. Dies nun mit der gegarten Quinoa vermischen. Vorm Servieren den restlichen gehackten Koriander \u00fcber die Paprikaschoten geben.
