Ich habe neulich meine erste K\u00fcrbissuppe gekocht. Die ging so einfach und schmeckte so unfassbar lecker, dass ich mich ehrlich frage, warum ich mich da nicht viel eher dran getraut habe. Beim Kochen hab ich mich inspirieren lassen von mehreren unterschiedlichen K\u00fcrbissuppenrezepten, im wesentlichen aber habe ich profitiert von der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.essen-und-trinken.de\/fabios-kochschule\/80397-rtkl-fabios-kochschule-kuerbissuppe-mit-hokkaido-kuerbis-von-fabio-haebel\">K\u00fcrbissuppe von Fabio Haebel<\/a> (mit gut gemachtem, unterhaltsamem ,wie lehrreichem Video &#8222;Der Gegenspieler des K\u00fcrbis: die Vanilleschote!&#8220;). Wie immer, hab ich das Rezept aber ein bisschen variiert.
