Und er ist so verdammt einfach zu backen, dass bekommt wirklich jeder hin. Ich kann \u00fcberhaupt nicht backen und trotzdem ist er mir m\u00fchelos gelungen. Also, hier die Anleitung, wie&#8217;s geht.<\/p>\n<p>Man nehme 4 \u00c4pfel. Vanille-Zucker (vorzugsweise Bourbon-Vanille)<br \/>\n4 EL Zitronensaft<br \/>\n4 EL Aprikosenmarmelade (nach Gusto gerne auch etwas mehr, hab 6 EL genommen)<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Der Teig:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>400 g Mehl, 200 g Butter, 2 Eigelb, eine gute Prise Salz (hab <em>Fleur de Sel<\/em> genommen), ein P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker und 4 EL kaltes Wasser in einer Sch\u00fcssel zu einem Teig verkneten. Sch\u00fcssel mit einem Tuch abdecken und den Teig 30 &#8211; 60 Minuten ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Die \u00c4pfel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die \u00c4pfel waschen, vierteln, entkernen und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. In Sch\u00fcssel mit kaltem Wasser und Zitronensaft legen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Die \u00c4pfel auf den Teig:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Apfelscheiben abtropfen lassen und f\u00e4cherartig in vier Reihen auf dem Teigboden verteilen. Die \u00fcbrig bleibenden 30 hg Butter schmelzen und \u00fcber die \u00c4pfel pinseln.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Alles ab in den Ofen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 220 Grad ca. 30 Minuten backen. Sch\u00f6n zu sehen, dass gegen Ende der Backzeit die ersten Apfelscheiben leicht braun werden. Das Beste kommt zum Schluss:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nachdem wir das Kunstwerk aus dem Backofen befreit haben, kommt das, was diesen Apfelkuchen so besonders macht: 4 &#8211; 6 EL Aprikosenmarmelade in einem Topf erhitzen und gemahlene Bourbon-Vanille dazu geben. Den Apfelkuchen mit der fl\u00fcssigen Marmelade bepinseln und (mind. 30 Minuten) abk\u00fchlen lassen. Fertig. Servieren.
