Wie immer gilt f\u00fcr Gerichte, die ich hier vorstelle, dass sie nicht nur extrem lecker sein m\u00fcssen, sondern auch leicht zuzubereiten. <em>Beides<\/em> gilt f\u00fcr dieses Rezept.<\/p>\n<p>Am Samstag-Morgen hab ich in Ottensen auf dem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hamburg.de\/wochenmarkt-altona\/3875642\/wochenmarkt-ottensen\/\">\u00d6ko-Wochenmarkt am Spritzenplatz<\/a> bei dem Fleischh\u00e4ndler meines Vertrauens Lammgulasch entdeckt, das dort gerade im Angebot war. Ich esse super gerne Lamm, habe es aber noch nie selbst gemacht. Da dachte ich, kann ja nicht so schwer sein, ich probier das jetzt mal. Das Tomatenmark zum Gulasch geben, die H\u00e4lfte des Rotweins angie\u00dfen und einkochen lassen. Mit dem Rest des Weines und dem Fond auff\u00fcllen und ca. 40-60 Min. schmoren lassen. Je nach Konsistenz der So\u00dfe ggfs noch etwas binden; ich hab einen EL Maizena mit einem Schluck Rotwein gemixt und noch untergehoben. Parallel in einer kleinen Pfanne die klein geschnittene Paprika extra anbraten, mit Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Pfeffer und Salz w\u00fcrzen und in das Gulasch unterheben, wo sie gerne noch &#8217;ne gute halbe Stunde mit schmoren kann.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu passen Basmati-Reis, den man in Salzwasser \u2013 ggfs mit Curry, dann wird er sch\u00f6n gelb \u2013 kocht, und ein Feldsalat mit Balsamico-Oliven\u00f6l-Dressing.<\/p>\n<p>Viel Spa\u00df beim Nachkochen und guten Appetit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Am Wochenende hab ich wieder mal ein neues Rezept probiert, das ich hier gerne mit euch teilen m\u00f6chte.
