Was f\u00fcr ein Unterschied. Bei meinem ersten Versuch hab ich vom Rezept immer ein Viertel genommen und aus 40 g 85-prozentiger Edelbitterschokolade eine wunderbare Tasse hei\u00dfe Schokolade gezaubert. Der Moment, in dem man die geraspelte Schokolade in die hei\u00dfe Milch-Sahne-Mischung r\u00fchrt und die im gleichen Moment zu schmelzen beginnt\u2026 Hammer!<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<div ausgeschrieben Rezept, wie es auch unter dem YouTube-Video angegeben wird:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cioccolata Calda<\/strong><br \/>\n4 Portionen<\/p>\n<p>ZUTATEN:<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 Milch, 250ml Sahne<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 EL Maisst\u00e4rke (zum Verdicken; durch sie kann die Schokolade auch mehr erhitzt werden)<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 EL Zucker<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bd Vanilleschote, l\u00e4ngs aufgeschnitten<br \/>\n&#8211; 170g dunkle Schokolade, mind. 70% Kakaogehalt, kleingeraspelt<br \/>\n&#8211; Prise Salz<\/p>\n<p>ZUBEREITUNG:<br \/>\n&#8211; Schokolade klein raspeln<br \/>\n&#8211; Zucker und Maisst\u00e4rke in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und vermischen<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 ml Milch und 100ml Sahne vermischen<br \/>\n&#8211; Maisst\u00e4rke mit Zucker mischen und dann in die Milchsahnemischung geben. So vermeidet man Klumpen<br \/>\n&#8211; Den Rest der Milch und Sahne erhitzen und die Vanille hinzugeben<br \/>\n&#8211; Die Maisst\u00e4rkemischung erneut verr\u00fchren und dann hinzugeben<br \/>\n&#8211; Bei mittlerer Hitze kochen lassen, 2-3min, bis sich alles verdickt hat.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sobald alles zu kochen beginnt, sofort vom Herd nehmen<br \/>\n&#8211; Schokolade und Prise Salz hinzugeben.
