An das Kochen mit frischen Zutaten, an die liebevolle Herstellung von Mahlzeiten mit nat\u00fcrlichen Lebensmitteln. Ein Gegenbild zum Fastfood oder dem von der Lebensmittelindustrie propagierten schnellen Koch-&#8222;Vergn\u00fcgen&#8220; mit easy und super schnell zu erstellenden Mahlzeiten, die ihren Geschmack weniger aus den Original-Zutaten sondern aus Geschmacksverst\u00e4rkern beziehen. Wie kam es dazu, dass wir \u00fcberhaupt kochen? Wie ist die Tradition des Brotbackens entstanden. In gro\u00dfartigen Bildern, klug komponiertem Sound und mit originellen Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten aus unterschiedlichen Winkeln der Erde und nicht zuletzt mit einem sympathischen <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Michael_Pollan\">Michael Pollan<\/a>, der nicht nur Buchautor und Journalist, sondern auch Professor an der <em>Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism<\/em> der <em>University of California<\/em> ist.
