Da Interesse am Rezept besteht, beschreibe ich hier, wie ich die Marinade gemacht habe. Eins vorneweg: Das ist kein typisch mexikanisches Rezept, sondern eine eigene Kreation mit dem, was gerade griffbereit war. Aber so eine Marinade k\u00f6nnte tats\u00e4chlich so in Mexiko zubereitet worden sein. Die Zutaten sind f\u00fcr 1,5 kg Grillgut bemessen. Klar, dass damit auch anderes Fleisch eingelegt werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>So geht&#8217;s \u2013 in einen Zerkleinerer geben:<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 Chili-Schoten<\/li>\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>5 Knoblauchzehen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die so zerh\u00e4ckselte Grundsubstanz (s.
