Und bei meiner Begeisterung f\u00fcr die Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse hab ich es nat\u00fcrlich in meinem Philips Airfryer (6,2 L) probiert.<\/p>\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n<p>1 kg Erdbeeren<br \/>\n1 Banane<br \/>\n1 Vanilleschote<br \/>\n500 g Gelierzucker 2:1<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Die Erdbeeren waschen und vom Gr\u00fcn befreien. Banane in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und samt Inhslt der Vanilleschote und dem Gelierzucker p\u00fcrieren. <\/p>\n<p>Alles in eine feuerfeste Form geben.  <\/p>\n<p>500 ml Wasser auf den Boden der HLF geben. Form mit der Fruchtmasse reinstellen. 30 Minuten bei 120 Grad kochen.<\/p>\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit sterilisierte Einmachgl\u00e4ser im Backofen erhitzen (5 Min., 50 Grad reicht) &#8211; damit sie nicht platzen beim Einf\u00fcllen der noch hei\u00dfen Marmelade &#8211; und erst kurz vorm Einf\u00fcllen aus dem Backofen nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einem Trichter die Marmelade in die vorgew\u00e4rmten Gl\u00e4ser f\u00fcllen.
