Und das Beste: er ist ganz einfach zuzubereiten. Ehe ich zeige, wie\u2018s geht, kurz die Geschichte dazu:<\/p>\n<p>Einmal im Jahr treffen wir uns in der Stabi Hamburg, um die B\u00fccher auszuw\u00e4hlen, die auf die Longlist von <a href=\"https:\/\/buchpreis.hamburglesen.de\/\">HamburgLesen<\/a>, dem Buchpreis der Stabi, kommen. Dabei ist es eine kleine Tradition, dass ich immer einen Kuchen daf\u00fcr backe, damit wir uns beim Prozess der Literaturauswahl st\u00e4rken k\u00f6nnen. In diesem Jahr hab ich einen baskischen K\u00e4sekuchen mitgebracht. Tipp: den Rand leicht mit Butter einreiben, dann halten die Umrandungsst\u00fccke des Backpapiers besser.<\/p>\n<p>Den Frischk\u00e4se mit Sahne glattr\u00fchren. Puderzucker und Salz einr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nCr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche einr\u00fchren. Die Eier einr\u00fchren, damit das besser geht, kann man sie auch vorher etwas glattr\u00fchren. Mehl und Vanille-Extrakt einr\u00fchren. Das geht sehr gut mit einem Schneebesen. Nach der H\u00e4lfte der Zeit, die Form einmal umdrehen, dass die hintere Seite nun vorne ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Oberfl\u00e4che des Kuchens sollte sehr dunkel sein, also darf bei Bedarf auch noch etwas weiter gebacken werden. Auf einem Gitter ausk\u00fchlen lassen.
