Et voil\u00e0:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>F\u00fcr den Teig: <\/h3>\n<p>150 g Haferflocken<br \/>\n100 g Kokosflocken<br \/>\n330 g Weizenmehl<br \/>\n150 g brauner Zucker<br \/>\n1 TL Backpulver<br \/>\n1\/2 TL Salz<br \/>\n360 g Butter (geschmolzen)<\/p>\n<h3> F\u00fcr die Himbeerf\u00fcllung: <\/h3>\n<p>700 g Himbeeren<br \/>\n50 g brauner Zucker<br \/>\n2 EL Mehl<br \/>\n1 EL St\u00e4rke<br \/>\n1\/2 Vanilleschote<br \/>\n1 Zitrone<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Zuerst die Himbeeren waschen, abtropfen lassen und in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben.<\/p>\n<p>Den Ofen auf 175 Grad (Ober- und Unterhitze) vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Teig alle Zutaten zusammenmischen, bis die Masse streuselartig wird. Zwei Drittel der Streusel auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilen und andr\u00fccken. Den Teigboden zehn Minuten auf mittlerer Schiene im vorgeheizten Ofen vorbacken.<\/p>\n<p>Die Himbeeren mit Zucker, Mehl, St\u00e4rke, Vanilleschote (kleingeschnitten oder einige Umdrehungen aus der Vanillem\u00fchle) und Zitronensaft vermengen. Danach abk\u00fchlen lassen und in St\u00fccke schneiden. H\u00e4lt sich mehrere Tage und bleibt auch sch\u00f6n saftig, falls nicht alles am ersten Tag aufgegessen wird.
